Stories and readers of the month

How the rankings work

We count currently recorded interactions dated in this UTC calendar month. A story gets two points per like, one per bookmark and one per story follow. Only published, visible stories count. Self-interactions, duplicates, banned accounts and accounts less than seven days old at the start of the month are excluded. Ties use a stable order.

Readers earn one point per counted interaction, plus the days of their latest recorded streak that fall in this month. Participation is off by default. Only participating readers' display names and total points appear here, and they can leave at any time. Rankings refresh every few minutes and reset at the start of each UTC month.
