Refund Policy
This policy explains when refunds may be available for subscriptions, digital access, or other paid features on Sext-Stories.
1. General rule
Digital content and access are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law or where we explicitly say otherwise for a specific offer.
2. Subscriptions
You can cancel a subscription before the next renewal to avoid future charges. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not automatically create a refund for the current billing period.
3. When refunds may be considered
- Billing errors or duplicate charges.
- Unauthorized transactions reported promptly.
- Refund rights required by consumer law in your jurisdiction.
4. How to request a refund
Send your request through the contact form with the billing date, amount, payment method, email address, and a short explanation of the issue. We review requests in the order received and may ask for additional information to verify the transaction.
5. Chargebacks and abuse
Submitting a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution and can result in account review or restriction. We reserve the right to contest invalid chargebacks.
