Sext-Stories is primarily a written-fiction platform. This statement explains how we treat any visual media that appears on the service.
The core Sext-Stories catalog consists of written fiction and related metadata, not visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct. To the extent the service hosts images or other media, those items are either creator-uploaded, third-party sourced, or incidental to the written content.
Records and custodianship
Where recordkeeping obligations apply to hosted media, the required records are maintained by the person or source that created or uploaded the media. For platform-hosted media, we will remove content or route a request to the proper source when a valid complaint is received.

Practical limit
Because the site is built around text fiction, the service does not operate as a producer of adult visual media. This statement is intended to describe the site’s recordkeeping posture and does not limit any separate legal rights or obligations.
