Writing stories is easy, and fun! Below is advice and tools that I and others use to write these.
Advice: I firmly believe that people enjoy this type of story because A) It's an adult picture book, and B) unlike clips of pornstars, it involves a story with conflict and resolution. So, have an actual story in mind when you start. Your story may take unexpected turns along the way, but it should contain the elements of any good story.
Choose an album first and really look at it! A story is great, but these are still adult picture books. If you do not have the pictures to support your story, we will all be a little disappointed.
Edit, but don't nitpick. None of these stories will be flawless. None of the tools work perfectly as you want them to. Review your work before you post it. BUT, do not allow fear of grammatical errors or imperfections in the images prevent you from posting a story. Post your story, look at the criticism, and get better!
