Basically I have been writing a story for a while now that was based off true events. I thought the content was really exciting and would be a great fit for this subreddit. However, I wanted to preserve the identity and privacy of the real life people involved in the story and thus wanted to not use their nudes. I chose to represent them with various pictures from across reddit and other sources such as imgur photodumps. My first worry was, do readers mind if the girls are not always 100% consistent? As in, I want to find nudes that best represent the actual ones that featured in the texts and some of them are rather hard to find similar ones online while remaining with the same actress, and sometimes at all!
My next worry was to do with the story. While a good bit of the exciting stuff happens when texting each other, there was .. some action that happened in person, as well as juicy conversation that happened in person. This has been hard to put into the sexy texts format, but I have tried to replicate conversation as if we had been texting for whatever reason. For some scenes, however, it just doesn't work. I can think of two options, and if anyone has better ideas please comment. 1) I omit the in person story and instead go for a 'snapshots of the night' as if some of us had been taking pics or videos throughout the event that we then post to the group chat. (Which may prove hard to acquire) or 2) I include written prose of the events, interspersed with relevant gifs, if I can find good ones. What is your preferred way to see non text, in person, events represented in the story?
Lastly, the presentation. I know many people use iFakeTextMessage, which does seem really good but it doesn't allow for the posting of pictures, nor much customisation of a group chat. It is vital to the story to be able to post from three different accounts and the website doesn't support it nor to many other websites I've found in my research. Does anyone know of a good way to do 3 people group chats? At the moment I'm doing it in Photoshop which is a little difficult to remain consistent and polished, as well as getting it done with any speed at all, it's really slow :(
I also worry that this might have too much story and not enough nudes as it is a slow burn story. Do people like this type of slow burn or do readers prefer more nude heavy stories?
