what is so much more appealing about pop star than other stories

So I noticed that, of the stories I have posted, 7 of the top ten are Pop Star (2 are Babysitter and 1 is Wedding Party). Pop Star has roughly 50% more upvotes on average than any other story (I like spreadsheets cause I'm a nerd). This led me to think: why?

Feel free to leave comments here as well, but I put out the top few answers I could think of. Please note, this is in the interests of getting you more content that you like. I'm still going to put up the occasional story that no one likes, but that's just my inner contrarian.
