Story Notes: The challenges start here! Mild spoiler, this story will be taking part over a longer timeframe in universe and will include a time skip. I hope I do a good job with making the skip feel natural.

Writer notes: No huge notes this time around; I'm a little slower on writing right now because work is getting swamped, so I haven't even started chapter 5 other than a big fancy "The". I'm going to do everything in my power to keep up with the normal 2 chapters per week and still have a full week buffer for us.
